I have experience working with a variety of populations and needs. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, and trauma focused therapies including Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
I enjoy seeing change, growth, and progress and I believe each of us has the innate ability to heal. I would love to support you on your journey and be present with you for that change. I understand the vulnerability that comes with engaging in counseling. I offer telehealth and in-person sessions in the comfort, convenience, and privacy of your own home.
